To achieve this we will need to:
• Gather some customizable features that school principal would like have on the system
• Customize the system tailored to the needs school mangers

• Providing Excel Format for student and staff.
• Verifying data.
• Importing data into the system.
• Verifying data entered into the system

To achieve this we will need to:
• Testing and verifying data entered into the system for every type of the user.
• Verifying each class data with the class teacher.

To achieve this we will need to:
• Making and preparing training schedule with the help of school administration.
• Training session for each type of the users.
• Determine how best specific user groups (i.e. Admin, Teachers, Students and parents) could be helped and engaged to achieve a holist usage of the system
• Develop a roadmap for supporting specific user groups (i.e. Admin, Teachers, Students and parents) in term of trainings and acquiring necessary gadgets and materials.

To achieve this we will need to:
• Feedback from each type of the users.
• Working on feedback provided by the users.
• Schedule training if needed.
